Effective Measure was founded in 2008 to provide cutting edge audience measurement solutions to emerging digital advertising markets. We have an offices in Dubai and South Africa, servicing the Middle East & Africa region.

Monthly we process 15 billion page impressions across 1 billion cookies.

In early 2016 the original founders of the business acquired it back from the Venture Capital Firms that had funded the business until now. Our plans include a complete bottom up rebuild of the tech stack away from an antiquated Adobe Flex dashboard and a large physical Hadoop cluster to modern, completely cloud based services.

Basically we are rebuilding the entire product and platform from the ground up, while still having access to the huge amounts of data we already collect.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small team located in an awesome Melbourne office on Bank Place opposite the Mitre Tavern. Work life balance is important to us (lots of people at EM have families to go home to) and we've moved out of 'startup' mode with unrealistic expectations and we're now focused on building a solid base for the long term.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a completely fresh product on-top of the most modern tech stack without legacy code, while leveraging the existing client base and data we already have.
