Established in 2004, CPO is America's leading online tool retailer. CPO partners with top manufacturers and sells their products through more than 45 independent brand-focused stores, several category-focused stores and 7 marketplaces.
For six years in a row, CPO has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America and by BizRate as a member of its Circle of Excellence.
CPO was acquired by Essendant (formerly United Stationers) in 2014. Essendant is a leading wholesaler with 60+ distribution centers across the nation ... imagine the possibilities. Now we have the power of our parent company with us and yet can still operate in the fast and agile environment we live in.
We usually start the process with a 30 minute phone interview. This gives us and the candidate the chance to get to know each other, ask the basic questions and see if both parties believe that this opportunity is a good match.
The second interview is on-site (preferred) or Skype/Hangout interview which would take 2-3 hours. In this time, we'll get into details about CPO's architecture, the candidates skill set, writing code on board and meeting some of the team.
