CollabRx is dedicated to helping physicians and oncologists find the research data, drugs and trials that really matter to their cancer patients. Using the patient's genetic sequence data from an NGS (next-generation sequencing) lab, we compute the impact of their genetic mutations on the cell's function, then map that information into a curated database of the most recent research. The result is a concise report that can give a physician a good idea of what the current research indicates the best potential therapies might be for their patient, and help them avoid treatments that have a low chance of success in the first place.
