The vast majority of working Americans are not saving enough for retirement. If this doesn’t change, over 100M people will be financially insecure in the final decades of their lives. Human Interest is on a mission to get the majority of Americans saving enough to retire and enjoying the last third of their lives.
We are achieving this mission by increasing access to employer-sponsored retirement benefits. Studies show that people are 15 times more likely to save for retirement if their employer offers a retirement benefit. We have created the first digital retirement platform that makes it easy and affordable for employers to offer the benefit to their employees.
