Who

Bold was started by David Byttow and Ben Lee.

David was the previous CEO/CTO and co-founder of Secret. He has worked as an engineer on everything from video games to large-scale distributed systems. Previously he was the Director of Infrastructure at Square, Staff Engineer at Google, and Lead Programmer at Double Helix Games.

Ben was the previous Design Lead at Secret. Ben is a designer with a sharp eye for clean, beautiful aesthetics. He previously worked at Crunchy Roll. Ben's style is unique and clean while staying highly functional and intuitive.

What

Bold is a web application accompanied by iOS and Android apps, it works best with popular real-time platforms like Slack, and integrates with Email. It can be thought of as the "next-generation" of the social Wiki. The project is still in early beta, but we will give a access to serious candidates!
