Bedly was started with a mission to build a superior housing experience.

In the US alone humans spend over 60% of their time in their homes and in major urban areas are spending over 70% of their incomes on rent. Housing is one of the most fundamental needs for humans yet it has not evolved in over 100 years. This is incredibly important and why we are building the next generation of housing.

At Bedly we believe in hard-core technology as a force to solve many of the problems that exist in housing today. The result becomes a seamless and delightful experience for the resident while pushing the boundaries of data and automation in residential real estate.
