Who We Are
Beatshare is a small investor backed startup company that is doing some big things. We're rocking the mobile/entertainment industry with our platform for expressing thoughts, feelings and emotions in a whole new way - using music as the message.
We work remotely most of the time, but periodically meet in office to collaborate at key times. We’re all senior level and talented in our respective area. We enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from one another in a challenging and rapidly growing space. Management structure is flat so we operate in an agile and lightweight manner. This role is best suited for someone tired of the limitations / frustrations of slow moving large corporate environments; someone looking to make a direct impact and real difference in the product; and most importantly someone who is passionate about building amazing software.
How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with an personal call to help you learn more about the role, and learn more about your interests while we explore if Beatshare is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to either deep dive into your resume (Business roles), or for a technical screen (Engineering). Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet our core management team, including the Founder. At the offer stage, you already know the comp & equity range. From there it is time to start doing some amazing things together!
