ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptional performance marketer with experience managing paid marketing campaigns across at least one major platform such as Google AdWords, Facebook, or LinkedIn.  As a Digital Marketing Associate you’ll join a talented paid acquisition team and will be tasked with the management and growth of large-scale performance marketing campaigns to drive Hired’s candidate user acquisition (B2C). You’ll be responsible for the performance and improvement of Hired’s current paid acquisition campaigns across at least one platform.  You'll have a major, tangible impact on the success of the company and the freedom, resources, and support to develop best in class paid marketing campaigns.

WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH

  • Own performance advertising strategy, execution, and budget with the objective of regularly exceeding monthly KPI goals for at least one paid acquisition channel (e.g. Facebook ads, SEM, affiliates, etc.)
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members (content, design, social, product, etc.) to define and deliver an integrated campaign strategy
  • Work directly with Hired’s Design team to continually develop and test new ad creatives
  • Consistently test new creative concepts and landing pages and optimize based on results

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Has 3+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably with SEM) with responsibility for complex, multi-million dollar performance based digital marketing campaigns
  • Is highly analytical and displays an advanced working knowledge of Excel and web analytics
  • Loves to capitalize on new growth opportunities through a structured, curious, and data-driven approach
  • Is self-motivated, has a demonstrated bias for action, and wants to join a fast-moving, high-energy team with a track record of success
  • Create robust test-and-learn strategies to optimize performance marketing campaigns
