ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an exceptional performance marketer with experience managing paid marketing campaigns across at least one major platform such as Google AdWords, Facebook, or LinkedIn. As Marketing Associate - User Acquisition, you’ll join a talented paid acquisition team and will be tasked with the management and growth of large-scale performance marketing campaigns to drive Hired’s candidate user acquisition (B2C). You’ll be responsible for the performance and improvement of Hired’s current paid acquisition campaigns across at least one platform. You'll have a major, tangible impact on the success of the company and the freedom, resources, and support to develop best in class paid marketing campaigns.
