ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hired. You are tasked with managing a portfolio of existing subscription business, including accounts ranging from Midmarket to Enterprise, and ensuring that your clients are consistently receiving the maximum value from our product. Connecting with client contacts at various levels, building valuable relationships and asking strategic questions is something that comes naturally to you. You are experienced at fostering meaningful & lasting customer partnerships that keep users engaged, while simultaneously gaining new users to drive success towards their individual and company hiring goals.
The role will demand interaction with large scale enterprises and Midmarket companies at senior levels, individual users, as well as with technical staff. The successful candidate will have sound sales experience and excellent business acumen blended with strong interpersonal and presentational skills.
