ABOUT THE ROLE
Hired is looking for a Manager of Sales Development to help build its’ outbound sales team.

WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH:

  • Build, train, and inspire a quickly growing team of 6-10 SDRs in San Francisco
  • Identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency and greater results
  • Leverage technology and sales enablement tools to maximize function effectiveness
  • Ability to strategically build out new methods for capturing
  • Assist in the continued development of the Hired SDR playbook and strategy for inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Working internally with the VP of Sales in creating action plans for team objectives and ensuring growth targets are met
  • Orchestrate and collaborate with marketing, sales, demand generation and operations

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 1-3 years of experience leading a team
  • 3+ years working in B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication ability
  • An affinity for making data-driven decisions
  • Interest in exploring and implementing new technologies
  • Ability to motivate and inspire through both proven and creative tactics
  • Has prior experience being a high performing SDR as well as leading an SDR team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Comfortable with constructive conflict

 

THESE WOULD ALSO BE NICE:

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Experience with Sales Automation Cadence creation through tools like Outreach, Salesloft or Yesware
  • Experience selling through phone, email and social channels as necessary
  • Experience selling within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Experience in the Recruiting or Talent Solutions industry
  • A basic understanding of statistics
  • BA/BS degree or higher from a top university
