ABOUT THE ROLE
Your job as a Talent Advocate is to build and manage the talent side of the French market, while maximizing the experience for approved candidates on the Hired marketplace.
A Talent Advocate is responsible for building the supply-side of our market in Paris. This person must understand our current candidate supply and sign-up flow, with the aim of matching demand and attaining liquidity. The Talent Strategist is first and foremost a consummate relationship-builder and is responsible for uncovering the career interests of each candidate to ensure a valuable experience on Hired.
You will act as a guide for engineers as they progress through their interviewing experience on the Hired platform. You are experienced in the ways of navigating the technology jobs market and provide guidance on how to interview, what to prepare for, and ensure at the end of the day the final offers are something that the candidate understands and is ultimately happy with. Our Talent Advocates are the experts that engineers can lean on.
The ideal candidate comes from a sales/account management background and has the ability to think analytically, while also creating strong relationships with our candidates. Our Talent Advocates believe that recruiting is broken and needs to become more candidate-centric. The ideal candidate will possess the internal drive to place people at jobs while maintaining a high EQ, ensuring a great candidate experience.
