As a Business Operations Analyst you will be helping in two major aspects of the Hired business model.  You will assist with identifying and investigating clients that may be misusing Hired's platform as well as source and match active candidates from Hired's database with clients. 


  • Assist with identifying and investigating clients that may be misusing Hired's platform
  • Reach out and interact with clients to determine misuse and possible recourse
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to determine best practices in dealing with fraud
  • Strategize on how to minimize fraud on Hired's platform including preventative measures
  • Source and match active candidates from Hired's database with clients
  • Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding hiring needs, requisition specifications, and basic requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to deeply understand hiring needs of Hired customers
  • Partner with Sales Executives to hand pick and deliver high quality candidates to clients


  • Exemplary organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Current University student or recent graduate (Position will be onsite)
  • A self-motivated working style with stellar time management and organizational ability
  • Natural ability to quickly build rapport and connect with varying levels of technical talent
  • A data driven approach to measuring ROI of sourcing efforts
  • The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, startup environment
