Hired is looking for a strong, senior product manager with a growth mindset to help us acquire candidates, clients and grow internationally. We value product leaders who think on their feet, are customer centric and can easily straddle both execution and strategy. You’ll lead a team of engineers and designers to execute on growth strategies that power Hired’s next chapter. You’ll be an early product leader in a fast growing team working on a product that both our candidates and companies love.


  • Position yourself as a thought partner in conversion testing on lead generation
  • Establish a system for consistent optimization techniques in product funnels.
  • Evangelize growth throughout the product & engineering organization to drive product development.
  • Identify both short term optimization opportunities and as well as longer term strategic initiatives for growth.
  • Assist in pricing changes and testing alongside our Marketing & Sales teams.
  • Define and communicate the vision & goals for acquisition (Growth) group.
  • Help influence and execute SEO strategy.
  • Manage International growth by defining KPI’s and act as a key partner in international growth strategies.
  • Manage processes for delivering value (meeting our KPIs) across growth teams in an organized way to rapidly deliver value.
  • Skilled in wireframing with best UX/UI principles in mind and ability to define product roll-out strategy
  • Work particularly close with marketing stakeholders to achieve growth targets.


  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing/direct response function
  • Proven experience owning or working closely with creating and executing SEO strategy
  • A/B testing and conversion experience.
  • Be customer centric w/ experience in qualitative analysis.
  • Have a track record of growth businesses w/ real examples & wins.
  • Quantitative marketing skills
  • Ability to work as a team player with an understanding of how to inspire technologists, product managers, sales teams and members of a marketing team
  • Act as a strategic thinker capable of delivering a long term view on growth metrics
  • Familiarity with iterative development techniques.  


  • SaaS / Subscription revenue experience.
  • Customer segmentation, buyer and user persona research experience.
  • Experience with Internationalization project
  • Hands on experience influencing product pricing/price testing.
