Hired is seeking a Senior Brand Designer for our growing design team of 4. Your work will focus on many aspects of our brand and communication assets that will help educate and inspire our users on how we’re pioneering a new era of how people search for and find their dream job. Your target audience will include but not limited to Designers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and 4000+ Employers. You will work in a highly collaborative environment where together our ideas will have a ripple effect across the industry.


  • Support marketing teams with design creatives across numerous medias including: print materials, presentations, ad creatives, event/conference assets, swag, reports, sales collaterals, and more
  • Harmonizing business initiatives and design to produce successful campaigns
  • Communicating complex ideas, content, and data through clear and beautiful design
  • Directing photo shoots to get the shots needed for brand assets, we’re all about people
  • Elevate the Hired brand while maintaining consistency


  • An online portfolio which includes a breadth of projects you’ve worked on, including digital and production design
  • 4+ years of experience working within a design agency or product company
  • Strong visual, illustration, branding, and advertising experience
  • Photography is a huge plus
  • Strong project management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects at any given time
  • Ability to work within tight and/or loose deadlines, occasionally tackling projects at a moment’s notice
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Your ideas and creativity transcends the competition, and your execution is flawless
  • You aren’t trendy, you’re a trendsetter
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and ability to iterate quickly
  • Team player that can develop, and maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • You live, breathe, and strive to hone your craft in brand & communications design
