ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator who is self-driven, organized and comfortable with data to assist in implementing and tracking marketing programs and improving the quality and integrity of our database. You will be working in the Demand Generation team in our San Francisco office, with the opportunity to learn about B2B marketing practices, software and tools that support Marketing Operations, as well as to innovate with us the next killer campaign!

  • You’ll learn about and work with Marketing Automation platform to manage campaign workflow, design assets, and list upload etc.
    You’ll act as a “Data Governor” - monitor and maintain the data hygiene and integrity, to make sure all the downstream reporting and analytics are correct
  • You’ll help research and execute new tactics, new channels, and new strategies 
  • You’ll see opportunities to improve efficiency without being asked, and it excites you to fix a bug or resolve an issue in the processes. You’ll refine systems and scope/research/implement new technologies where relevant and needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0 - 2 year experience related to Marketing or Sales Development
  • Demonstrated experience with both Marketo and Salesforce
  • Proficient with G-suite and Microsoft Office tools. Especially Google Sheet and Excel
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
  • Can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient project management skills and experiences
  • Familiar or have worked with the following tech stack: Salesforce, Unbounce, LinkedIn, Full Circle Insights, Outreach, Google Analytics, etc.
