Hired is looking for an SDR leader with proven leadership skills in a SaaS subscription environment to lead, coach, and drive results with our existing SDR team.


  • Build, train, and inspire a quickly growing distributed team of SDRs
  • Identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency and greater results in inbound, outbound, and enterprise opportunities
  • Leverage technology and sales enablement tools to maximize function effectiveness
  • Assist in the continued development of the Hired Sales playbook and strategy for inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and the broader Revenue organizations in executing new product and/or market launches.
  • Assist SDRs on outreach, closure, and market penetration
  • Working internally with the SVP, Sales in creating action plans for team objectives and ensuring growth targets are met; responsible for leading and growing SDR Managers
  • Orchestrate and collaborate with marketing, sales, demand generation, and operations


  • 10+ years working in B2B SaaS sales environment
  • 8+ years of sales leadership
  • Proven results with both inbound and outbound
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication ability
  • An affinity for making data-driven decisions
  • Interest in exploring and implementing new technologies
  • Ability to motivate and inspire through both proven and creative tactics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, operations, product and marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of best practice sales concepts (ICP, TAM, ABM)
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Comfort with constructive conflict


  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Experience selling through phone, email, and social channels as necessary
  • Experience in the Recruiting or Talent Solutions industry
  • BA/BS degree or higher
