ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Success Associate, you are responsible for engaging with customers pre-purchase, driving user adoption and early satisfaction while ensuring high conversion from prospects to partners. You are tasked with partnering closely with the new business team to manage a prospect list of new subscription business, ranging from fast growing startups and SMB’s to larger  Mid-market and Enterprise accounts. You are constantly ensuring that your clients are receiving the maximum value from our product early on so that they truly see the value of Hired and partner with us.

You can manage numerous customers and contacts at different stages of the initial customer lifecycle with ease. You also love understanding a product in-depth and then communicating the product benefits to the users. You are strategically agile, analytical and extremely organized with a strong ability to influence others, both internally and externally. Connecting with people, building valuable relationships and asking tactical questions is something that comes naturally to you. Creative, energetic and self-driven, you understand customer needs and goals and know how to be a trusted partner so companies stay and grow with Hired.

 

WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH:

  • Manage all pre-purchase activity for Hired’s top business and enterprise prospective customers through strong relationship building, product knowledge, planning and immediate execution
  • Increase customer conversion by conducting speedy check-in calls for tactical items, and partner with the Account Executives to analyze and present short term business reviews to your executive contacts
  • Monitor accounts to identify any risk to conversion and work proactively and quickly while influencing others to eliminate that risk
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and train customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Hired can better serve our business and top customers

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 1 - 3+ years in a recruiter / customer success or account executive role, preferably customer facing in a SaaS organization.
  • Strong experience in Talent, Recruiting, or HRtech - ideally working directly with customers and candidates during their hiring and job search process.
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Self-motivated team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and adoption
  • A go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution oriented mindset
  • BA/BS degree or higher from a top university
  • Success and demonstrated knowledge of the startup landscape
