Office Hours: get free, confidential career advice from the Hired NYC team

The Hired team has helped thousands of candidates position & prepare themselves to get the job they really want in the San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle markets. In the process, we’ve developed a new kind of career expert: the Hired Talent Advocate.

Hired Talent Advocate’s are the local job market experts who work with candidates to navigate their options, contracts & opportunities. While their backgrounds vary — some used to build teams for top tech companies, others are former engineers —  they each have a unique, data-rich perspective of their local market.

As a team, we’re always looking for new ways to better extend their expertise, so we’re trying something new. Starting next Friday, we’re rolling out Hired Office Hours, a low key, confidential way to get expert in-person career advice from local Hired Talent Advocates.

She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in American Studies, and has over 8 years experience in recruiting and sales. Marley is a trained engineer with an Engineering & Economics degree from Swarthmore College. She loves taking a straightforward, data-driven approach to helping candidates find exactly what they’re looking for in their next move. Previously she founded STEMConnect, JPMorgan Chase’s employee group to support their efforts to attract and retain the greatest STEM talent. She has helped candidates find their dream jobs at Amex, Remedy Partners, Yieldmo, Demand Media & more.
