Introducing Hired Rewards
We are excited to announce the launch of a new program for candidates on Hired. This month, we’re introducing Hired Rewards.
Landing a job you love is something to celebrate and we’re thrilled to make that milestone even sweeter. When you accept a job offer on Hired, you will now receive a welcome email that includes a code for 100 points to redeem for a number of gifts on rewards.hired.com.
To start, we’re featuring three items valued at 100 points: a timeless Herschel backpack, the ultimate weekender duffel bag, and a hand-woven blanket (perfect for the beach or a picnic). You can also choose to redeem the 100 points for entry in a quarterly prize draw to win a red Vespa, or make a $100 donation to one of three featured charities that will rotate quarterly. This quarter, Hired Rewards’ donations support Women Who Code, Black Girls Code, and Anitab.org.
In addition to the 100 point items, there are also a handful of lower point-value gifts (so you can stack your cart). We currently have a belt bag and a pair of printed socks valued at 25 points each. This allows you to make sure your friends and family are decked out in Hired gear, too!
You have an opportunity to earn additional points when you refer another candidate that’s accepted onto the platform. For those who go above and beyond successfully referring their friends, we have a SONOS speaker valued at 200 points and a Yeti Cooler at 300 points.
At Hired, we know every candidate and job search is unique. No matter your role or ambitions, we’re here to help you accomplish your goals and land your dream job. And once you do, we’re here to celebrate all of your success. Whether that translates to rocking a fresh pair of printed socks or cruising around town on a bright red Vespa.
Have a great idea for an item you’d like to see on Hired Rewards? A charity you’d like us to support? We’ll be rotating our items on a quarterly basis, so if you have any suggestions for cool gifts to feature in the store please let us know at email@example.com.
