Earbits

Earbits is an exciting streaming music startup with over 330,000 registered listeners and 14,000 artists. Backed by Y Combinator, Charles River Ventures and more, the company's unique approach has secured them coverage in TechCrunch, Wired, Forbes, Rolling Stone (Russia!) and more. We have just finished going through some organizational restructuring, and are looking for someone to lead our engineering efforts. After being brought up to speed with the codebase, you would be responsible for hiring a new team of developers.
