Our interview process begins with an intro call from the hiring manager to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if BrightPlan is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll get you in front of a few members of the team to assess your background, technical skills and cultural fit. As a small, but fast growing team we want you to meet several stakeholders as well as our CEO. The final step in the interview process involves a brief presentation to the team about your ideas and how you would put them into action. The whole process can move very quickly and is designed for the best use of your and our time.
