Hired for Employers | Introducing a New Way to Manage Interviews

At Hired, we are always thinking about ways to make recruiting better for both the candidate and the employer. We hear time and time again that one of the most painful parts of recruiting is managing the interviewing process. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new way to quickly move talent through your pipeline, using the Hired platform.

To get started using the new Interviews Inbox, select “Interviews” from the top navigation bar.

The “Prospects” section holds candidates who have not yet accepted your interview request.  Candidate requests that “Need Revision” also appear here. Having second thoughts? You can revise or rescind a request.

Once your prospects accept your interview request, they move into the “Interviews” section.  All candidates currently in your interviewing process are here.

Schedule your initial interview by selecting a candidate in the “Needs Scheduling” bucket, then use the form to enter detail of the interview. We’ll send a calendar invite to the interviewer and candidate and update the candidate’s Hired dashboard to make sure the interview happens:

Once you’ve interviewed a candidate, they will appear under “Needs Review.” Submit interview feedback directly into Hired using the scorecard and decide on next steps. This will let your candidates know where they stand in the process (via their dashboard):

Finally, we put all of your past and present candidates in one, central place, so it’s easy to keep track of your communication history:

  • Easily view or search all candidates you’ve requested interviews with, organized by where they are in your interview process. From here, you can see all of your active candidates, people you’ve hired on the platform, and candidates you have rejected.

  • Click on a candidate in any stage to see the full history of your conversations.

Be sure to check out the Interviews Inbox, and let us know what you think!
